Roommate Wanted - tired of apartment living? want to live in a house?! | Calgary

Looking for a responsible, clean, considerate roommate to share my quiet, very clean home in desirable Highland Park. Property is private and quiet.

Month-to-month arrangement for as long as it works for both of us.(will write co-habitation agreement)

Pets considered (no fees), no smoking inside.

Roommate will have access to:

• large bedroom (14’ x 14’)
• kitchen, dining area, living room, den/TV room (currently unfurnished - room for yours?)
• laundry
• shared bathrooms
• lots of storage space
• furnished deck with barbecue
• furnished patio with fire pit & hammock
• free on-street parking (plug-in available)

A bit about me: I am 53 years old, divorced, I work from home, and have lived in this house for 20 years. There are no other renters here, I am not a 'landlord'.
