Unit has access to balcony and main bathroom that is only used by guests. I have a tiny dog who is hypoallergenic who will be in the main space most of the time (except at night), but she is super sweet and well mannered, Living room is furnished and kitchen items are negotiable ex: pots and pans to share. One bedroom is furnished currently. All utilities and wifi included in rent. Parking is optional for additional $100/month.
