I have one room for long-term rental starting January 2025. The kitchen and bathroom upstairs are shared with other two existing tenants. The washer and dryer in the basement are shared. Specially, my house has a water softener installed for better use. My house is in the Shawnessy area, Calgary. 15 minutes walk to C-Train, or 1-2 minutes walk to catch bus 12 or 11 to get to C-train. 15 minute walking distance to supermarkets such as Superstore, Walmart, Home Depot, Canadian Tire, etc.
Rents included everything (heat, water, electricity, internet).
