STONEWAY is a luxurious lakefront country home on Lac Orignal/Lac Metayer. This is a beautiful, quiet spring-fed lake situated approximately 7km from Gracefield, Quebec. Enjoy the breathtaking view of the lake from the large deck overlooking the water. Half of the deck is screened in, making it perfect anytime of the year. RENTAL DETAILS: Maximum capacity: 8 people (the living room has a sofabed, so you can have up to 8 people) SUMMER RENTALS: Saturday to Saturday rentals, check-in at 4 pm, check-out at 11 am. WEEKEND RENTALS: January to mid-June and mid-September to December only. Check-in Friday at 3 pm, check-out Sunday at 3 pm. PETS: Within reason, preferably small, minimal-shedding dogs only. Please check with us first. SMOKING: Not permitted. OUTSIDE FEATURES AND DETAILS Good Fishing: Excellent for children, as they can fish right off the dock. Lakefront: Swim off the dock Privacy: Home is situated at the end of the lake, therefore very quiet and private. Dock/Balconies: 1 large deck to enjoy the spectacular view of the lake. Tables and chairs provided. COTTAGE LAYOUT: Main level, which includes kitchen, living Room, 2 bedrooms (both with queen size beds) and 4 piece bathroom (with a 2-person Jacuzzi tub) Lower level features a kitchen, eating area, rec room, bedroom, 3 piece bathroom/laundry room.
