There are three bedrooms: one with a king bed, two with two single beds and one sofa bed in the living room. The garden level is a place of great comfort with its heating floors. and for more entertainment, there is a cable tv, wifi and a portative sound system. The layout surrounding the cottage is designed for relaxation, with a space for a bonfire, surrounded by Adirondak chairs and a water basin with fountain. On the site there is the PRIVATE BEACH of the Berges du sommet, giving access to the lake for swimming, or water sport ( kayak and paddle board included) Within walking distance or a few minutes of cars, discover exceptional hiking, snowshoeing, cycling and cross-country skiing trails maintained by the town. The cottage is located 5 MINUTES away from the villages of St-Adolphe and Morin-Heights and 10 MINUTES away from St-Sauveur, which allows to live unforgettable moments in intimacy and in harmony with nature, while being very close of all activities offered in the region.
