Finding housing is seldom easy or fun, and chances are that it'll be accompanied by all kinds of angst and hidden (unwelcome) surprises. Thus, my job in the next couple of paragraphs is to reassure you that the place I've called home for the last 4 years just might be the place for you. Obviously the large windows and view is a great starting point. The unit is on the 32nd floor, just below the penthouse suites—nothing short of stunning! If you were facing any of the other three directions, you'd be treated to the glorious Guy Favreau Complex, the naked guy at the Marriott across the street or the Desjardins Complex. Per the photo of additional key selling features, you can walk 2 seconds to the Guy Favreau Complex, connecting you instantly with either Place D'Armes (Orange Line) or Place des Arts (Green Line) metro stations. The underground network, in addition connects you with the aforementioned Desjardins Complex (IGA, Winners, Jean Coutu, Dollarama, McDonald's, etc). This apartment saves you time and makes everything a million times easier! The Allegra apartments are above the AC Hotel, which is great since they're fitness and pool areas are no joke (see pics). Had I not joined the MAA club sportif, I surely would have continued making good use of these excellent amenities. Anyway, full-disclosure that this is an ad for a lease transfer. So ostensibly, you're signing on for a 9-month lease—a daunting proposition, I'm sure. I signed a similar arrangement in October of 2020 and have not one regretted my decision.
