Hey, I'm Ernesto, I work from home (as a 3D video game artist), and I'm on the hunt for a chill roommate to share my spacious apartment with.There's a huge kitchen/living room/dining room, a solarium which doubles as a home gym, beautiful backyard on a quiet alley (where you could park a car in the winter), washer dryer in our basement and lots and lots of storage space. And of course, a big bedroom, closet, and bookcase which will be your own. The apartment is fully furnished, so moving in will be quick and easy, which is ideal as I'm looking for a roommate asap.If you don't have your own room furniture, I can arrange getting a desk/table and bed too.Location is great, less than a 10-minute walk to Fabre metro (blue line), the 10 passes right in front which connects to the green line, or a 20 minute walk takes you to Beaubien metro (orange line). It's also a great location if you like to bike instead.Ideally, I'd like to live with someone between the ages of 27 and 35, who's is decently organized and likes to enjoy time out as much as inside.
