I am looking for someone to take over my lease for a beautiful 4 1/2 apartment available from September 1st. The apartment full renovated includes:

•⁠ ⁠Two large bedrooms, which can fit a king-size bed and has built-in closets
•⁠ ⁠A bathroom, kitchen, and living room
⁠•⁠ A large terrace at the back
•⁠ Appliances are provided by the landlord


The rent is $1,680 per month. There is a $200 fee for passing the lease, plus a $50 credit check fee from the company managing the building.

We will prioritize applicants who are willing to keep the furniture currently in the apartment.
