I'm subletting my beautiful furnished 4 1/2 in Hochelaga at Ontario and Joliette for January while I travel.
Rent includes all utilities.

-Close to pharmacy's, groceries, delicious restaurants, gym, bakeries, butchers and more
-Outdoor space
-15 minute walk to Joliette, 1 minute to bus

-The apartment is on the second floor and there are 15 steep stairs to enter the front. There is a fire escape balcony in the back as well.
