Who we are: a university researcher and an independent consultant, temporarily relocating for a visiting scholar role.

Our condo offers:

Unique charm & cozy atmosphere: Originally a theater, the building was transformed into condos in 2010, giving it a unique loft-style charm and character. The abundant sunlight fills the space with warmth, perfect for those chilly winter days, and there's a heater to keep you extra cozy when needed.

Comfort & convenience: The condo is fully equipped with all the amenities, including a large fridge, oven, induction stove, microwave, dishwasher, laundry machine, and dryer.

Upstairs mezzanine: The upstairs room is versatile—it can be used as an office, bedroom or a lounge space, complete with a treadmill for staying active during Montreal's long winters, and a TV with streaming media services. With a large couch that turns into a double bed, you'll find it especially convenient when having guests over.

Double bathing: Our condo boasts spacious bathrooms that provide ample room to unwind. You'll appreciate the convenience of having two toilets, two showers, and two bathtubs, making it ideal for accommodating guests or simply enjoying extra space and comfort.

A view from the top: Enjoy the stunning views from our large and private rooftop terrace, which offers a perfect spot to relax and take in the cityscape, especially if the winter weather permits you to bundle up and enjoy some fresh air.

Private parking: We can offer you our parking spot right next to the building—invaluable in a neighborhood with busy paid parking areas.

Location Highlights:

• Step outside onto Ontario Street and discover an array of culinary delights, grocery stores, pharmacies, cafes, and bars, all within a couple minutes walk. The area is full of life and has everything you need within walking distance.
