It is on the top floor, (17th), so complete privacy.
5 min walk to Davisville/Yonge subway. 10 mins to downtown. Sobeys is on my street. 3 min walk. Fast food, and pubs, restaurants, all within walking distance.

Building has pool, exercise room, Sauna. Laundry on 2nd floor.
