Two-bedroom one-bathroom main floor apartment in the Junction Triangle. Cat-friendly, small dog-friendly, and includes one parking space in rear. Laundry (free) in basement. Other tenants occupy upper floors and basement. Shared backyard and space to garden. Pre-2018 unit. Inside is ~580 sqft, and outdoor space is ~300 sqft.
We are looking for someone to formally take over our lease, which goes until Sept 30, 2025, because we would like to relocate to improve our commutes. We (the current tenants) will field applications and arrange viewings. The landlord will ultimately need to approve any applicant. The tenant will have the opportunity to sign a new 1-yr lease, if desired, or transfer ours.
The target move-in date is March 1st, but we are a bit flexible to move before this, so please inquire even if it doesn’t line up exactly with what you want. (Not looking after March 1st)

Amazing transit access, approx. 10-minute walk to Lansdowne TTC Station, 13 mins to Dundas West TTC, and 10 mins to Bloor GO Station.
Great neighbourhood—30 second walk to Halo Brewing and a convenience store. Two more convenience stores within 5 minutes.
Two grocery stores (Food basics and Tavora) each about 10 minutes walk, also great access to Roncesvalles and High Park.
