I’m subletting my amazing FULLY FURNISHED, very spacious 1+1 bedroom apartment in the heart of downtown (closest major intersection King St W and John St) for 1.5 months. The den becomes a second bedroom with a single bed and a partition for privacy. I will be subletting it from 15 November - 1 January (slightly negotiable) while I’m out of town. (NOTE: THE TERM ENDS IN JANUARY AND YOU WILL HAVE TO MOVE OUT AS I MOVE BACK IN.) The place is a 5 minute walk from St Andrew and Osgoode Subway stations and 10 minute walk from Union station. The condo is located in the middle of vibrant King St and is a 5 minutes to Financial district. 24 hour concierge and security in the building. Tonnes of bars, restaurants and things to do close by. No smoking or pets in the unit please. The unit is fully furnished with a queen bed in the main bedroom along with an office space and another single bed in the den/second bedroom. The living room also includes a sofa bed which can sleep your friends when needed. The place will include my office space including the 2 screens and standing desk as well as the TV in the living room. There is also a washer and dryer in the unit.
