I'm subletting a spacious 1 bdrm apartment located on the main floor of a house for Dec 18 to March 12/2025, while I travel. Dates are somewhat flexible, minimum 2 months

This cute and very clean apartment has high ceilings, lots of natural light, own varanda and backyard. It is furnished as in the pictures. Kitchen is fully equipped.
Bedroom has a big window, a large wardrobe, bed is new and queen size.
All utilities are included, also WIFI.
Place is spotless and has a good vibe! Neighbors are great!!
Smoking outside only. No pets.

Amazing neighborhood, 5 minutes walking to Ossington subway, Bloor st, stores, trendy restaurants, library, etc. Walking distance to Dufferin Mall and Christie Pitts park. Also bus 24 hrs at the door.

There is an outdoor parking spot.

Suitable for 1-2 people. I'm looking for someone responsible, quiet and clean.

First and last months required. We also will sigh a short lease agreement.
