This unit is available October 1 and although the term is flexible, preference is given to longer stay guests. A standard Ontario lease is required to be signed and renters insurance obtained (about $20/month). A $200 cleaning will be applied at lease signing for professional cleaning services. Dogs considered on a case by case basis, sorry no cats. Please note this unit is a fully permitted and purpose-built basement suite, with its own entrance and sound reduction insulation and drywall. We live in the house above and manage the suite.
