Regent Student Living is located in downtown St. Catharines, with premiere student apartments (51 Lake St.) offering Brock University and Niagara College students 3, 4 and 5 bedroom suites.

Our monthly rates are all-inclusive so you do not pay additional fees for hydro or Wi-Fi and do not need to purchase furniture for move-in! Each roommate signs their own individual 12 month lease - so you are only responsible for your own rent!

THE APARTMENTS

• All apartments feature 2 common area bathrooms with a shower, sink, toilet
• Wi-Fi and utilities included!
