Large bright 2bd+den Central Duplex

Upper Gibsons, large bright 2 bedroom and den duplex. There are no other units above or below. There are 2 bathrooms, one with tub/shower, toilet and sink and one with toilet and sink. The owner lives on the lower mainland but will come up occasionally to do landscaping work etc on the exterior of the building. The owner would retain the use of the 3rd (smallest) bedroom for when he is there doing that work. On average that would be 2 days a month until the work is completed. Although we are just looking to rent out two bedrooms, there is the potential of renting 3 bedrooms. The current renters are moving back to the lower mainland before the end of the month.
