Pete and June's Place Enjoys Private, Year-Round-Outdoor Living

This beautiful. and spacious suite is ideal for a single or couple and available monthly from Mar.1/25 to May 31/25, and from Sept. 1/25 to Oct. 31/25. While our preference is for a 3-month tenancy, then a 2-month tenancy, monthly stays are open to consideration and negotiation.
Monthly rent includes utilities, cable (including Netflix & Prime Video), and high-speed WIFI.

Pete and June’s Place has a large, fenced backyard that backs onto green space, and in the summertime, boasts a lovely garden with a water feature. It also has a heavy-timber, glass-roof patio area (17’ X 28”) that includes 2 (5000W) infrared heaters, a barbecue, fire bowl, 2 outdoor recliners and loveseat, and large (7’ X 7’) hot tub, all great for those cooler days and nights.

It is located in Whistler Cay, the perfect neighbourhood for residents who want a peaceful setting. Positioned adjacent to the Whistler Golf Course, it has great access to Alta Lake, River of Golden Dreams, the Valley Trail, and Myrtle Philip Elementary School. It is a 20-minute walk to Whistler Village, and transit is just down the block.
