Beautiful Whistler Home

We have a 2000 sq ft home available for rent from April 30th- November 15th. The rent is $5000.00 a month plus utilities. Renters will also be responsible for hiring a cleaning service mid-term rental, and at the end of the term.

The home is on the Valley Trail close to Meadow Park. The main floor is open planning with a floor to ceiling river-rock fire place, and comfy leather chairs. The kitchen is modern, with a sit-up bar and a huge dining room table.

There are three bedrooms downstairs, and an open loft upstairs with two double beds. Two of the downstairs bedrooms have queen beds and the other has a double.

There are two bathrooms. The downstairs bathroom has a shower and air-jet tub and the upstairs has a rain shower. There is a laundry room with a washer and dryer. The entrance has a large vestibule. The parking area has room for three cars.

We are the owners and builders of this beautiful home so have concerns with renting to the right people who will take extremely good care of it. The home is best suited for two couples or a family. We would prefer to rent to people over thirty as this is not to be a party place. We limit the number of people in the home to a maximum of four. We like to meet our tenants before making a rental agreement.
