My one bedroom in the Aspens on Blackcomb is available for rent through the summer from May 1st to Oct 31st.
Fully equipped and furnished with a king bed in the master, sofa bed and murphy bed in the lounge. Rental price includes all utilities, hydro, TV, Internet, property taxes etc. Parking is not included.
Building features a gym, pools, lounges, bike room.
Max 2 people may occupy - no smoking, no pets and no sublets.
