Available September 15, 2024 or October 1, 2024 – Term and Rent negotiable based upon term and requirements.

1 Year Lease - $3,000 plus utilities (low hydro costs) based upon a 1 year lease.
Winter only - Sept/Oct to April (7-8 month winter only lease) $3,750
3 month Lease Sept - Nov $2,250.

The suite is cozy comfortable and essentially above ground basement suite (windows on 3 sides). The suite has a separate level walk entrance, outdoor storage shed, and off-street parking for one car only (can't change).

Full size bedroom closet and good entry closet. n and bathroom.
• Small amount of exterior shed storage for skis and a bike in an attachted xterior shed
• Owners (upstairs) are relatively quiet semi-retired
• In suite Landry shared with adjacent studio suite tenant
• Close level walk to bus stop
• Very quiet neighborhood
• Cable, internet and heat is separate (separate hydro meter). Low Utilities cost.
• Two people max (no exceptions)
• No Pets, no smoking (non smokers ONLY), no storage for sleds, motorcycles, etc.

• Someone who is active with Whistler lifestyle and who will not be affected by normal living activities upstairs (i.e. it may not suit people requiring daytime or evening sleeping).

Our Requirements:
• Quiet respectful couple or individual (two people max)
• Easy to get along with people – we live upstairs and want people we like downstairs
• No loud music or TV shows – you may occasionally hear us (we try to be quiet) but we don’t want to hear you. It is a basement suite.
• Should be employed in Whistler and ideally have landlord references or very good personal references.
• NO SMOKING (anything) in house, on property or anywhere else – we don’t want to smell it – on your cloth’s or in the house sorry. Non-smokers only !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
• No Pet’s (please don't ask), no sled’s, motorcycles, junk storage in yard – sorry no exceptions.

Furniture that is/can be supplied:

Bed frame, dresser, Leather living room furniture, coffee table, corner TV stand
Bar-height solid hardwood kitchen table and 4 stools for the kitchen.
We will supply a new mattress for the right situation.
