Large one bedroom condo available in September until the end of November. Possibility to extend long term if you are willing to share with owner (I only come occasionally, and would use sofa-bed).

Village is 15 min walk and Alta Lake is 10 min walk. Free parking. Complex has beautiful pool and hot tub.

IMPORTANT: the complex is undergoing major renovations. It can be noisy between about 8 am-5 pm on weekdays.

Sorry, no pets.
