This ground floor suite gets lots of natural light and includes a fully-equipped kitchen, large mudroom, washer/dryer, bathroom, and living room. Multiple parking spots available, close to bus stops and Meadow Park recreation centre. $2,500 per month including internet and utilities. No smoking/vaping inside or outside, must be quiet and respectful tenants (no parties). Two people maximum.
