I’m looking to rent out up to 3 rooms on the top floor of my upper Valleycliffe house. I mostly just use a portion of the lower level of the house.

I come and go often as I work an out-of-town job seasonally, and I also abroad for parts of the year. I am around more during the summer.

The house is close to the hospital with amazing views, upper deck and lower patio, front yard organic vegetable gardens and mature landscaping, close to river and trails. High speed internet and security system are installed. This is a rental of rooms, not an offer of an RTA contract.

I’ve owned the property for many years. I built a backyard carriage house and it’s rented to a couple. Please note there is no possibility of smoking, no drinking/drugs, no parties. The house is in the middle of a quiet street and many of the long-term neighbors are retired or have young children.

I’m an outdoor enthusiast and like to ski, kite, bike, and kayak.

I’m thinking about $3,000 in rent long-term year-round for the top floor rooms; two people preferred.

Not a suitable scenario
for tourist accommodations or
subletting.
