We have for rent a fully furnished, cozy ground floor suite available for Feb 1,2025.
The space has one bedroom with closet, one bath with standup shower and a full kitchen/living area, washer/dryer. There is also a covered outdoor area and the suite backs on to the trails. Parking available.
Please note: this suite is best suited for a single but we are open to a couple. Fit is important to us. Dogs are negotiable and please, no cats (allergy). We’re a friendly couple living upstairs with our dog. There is a bit of noise transfer but it’s a pretty sound proof house.
Rent is $2100 based on a one year lease and single occupancy but we are open to discussing shorter terms and couples for the right fit. All utilities are included and the space will be move in ready, just bring your suitcase!
The suite is located in a great location in garibaldi estates and close to shopping, trails, etc.
