Some furniture available if desired (couch, chair, desk), otherwise unfurnished. Limited storage (sorry, no space for dirtbikes, snowmobiles or travel trailer). No pets and no smoking of any kind.

Available December 1st. Ideally looking for minimum 1 year lease. Rent is $2250/month including wifi. Tenant to pay hydro and gas which average about $90/month for a couple. References, proof of income, credit check and proof of tenant insurance all required.
