There is a storage shed with a deep freezer, and a garden shed outside. The yard is fully fenced along the front, sides and alleyway, for privacy and safety. Angled street parking is out front.

This lovely home is suitable for one or two fit people. It's a great area for walking - Downtown, Okanagan Lake, and the Penticton Creek Trail. For driving, Government Street and HWY 97 are close by. The bus is available too.

TERMS of TENANCY AGREEMENT:
