A lovely, bright, one bedroom garden level walkout suite in a quiet residential neighbourhood.
The suite has recently been updated, with a new bathroom, new kitchen cupboards, new range, and in-suite laundry.
There is a dedicated parking space off of the lane.
We are looking for a quiet, responsible, reliable and respectful tenant.
The suite is single occupancy only.
Wi-fi and gas are included
Hydro is shared (30% for the suite, 70% for the main house).
No pets.
No smoking, vaping or drugs.
