Furnished 1-bedroom 1-bathroom apartment available in Mount Pleasant for a one-year sublet (May 2025 - May 2026). Rent is $2200/month (utilities included) and tenant’s insurance is required. Sorry no pets!

My partner and I are going on sabbatical for a year and are looking to sublet our apartment that we’ve been living in for the past 5 years. We’d love for someone to be able to call it home and enjoy it as much as we have!

Our landlords renovated and designed the apartment (and even some of the furniture!) themselves. We can move some of our own furnishings into storage depending on your needs. The apartment is approximately 600 square feet with a large 200 square foot north-facing balcony. There is laundry in the building, an indoor parking space and the apartment is walkable/well connected to transit and bike paths to get around Mount Pleasant/East Vancouver and other neighbourhoods nearby.
