Our friendly, community-oriented building is looking for a new tenant.
The suite is available for March 1, 2025, and is unfurnished.
Ground-floor, north-west facing with patio.
Rent Includes: heat and hot water.
Card-operated laundry and resident building manager on-site.
It is a non-smoking building (no any smokings are allowed in the unit on the balcony, grounds and common areas). no sub-lease, rental agreement is not tranferable.
Pet policy: The building will not accept dogs anymore, but cat only.
2 year lease, employment and tenancy references are required.
Near bus stops, shops (Safeway, No-Frills, Wholefoods) and cafes/restaurants. 5-minute walk to Kits beach.
By the way, we are also looking for a resident building cleaner, if anyone is interested in doing our building cleaning as well as living in our building, you can send your application through email.
