NOTE: You can pay $1700 per month OR you can pay $1500 per month and we use a treadmill above your suite. Just kidding; the only option is the $1500 and the treadmill, so please note that this is part of the rental conditions.

I year lease. Half a month’s rent damage deposit. Tenant must acquire tenant insurance.
