Furnished West End two bedroom apartment. We are located just off Jervis and Davie Street; conveniently close to the beach, a number of grocery stores, restaurants, bars and transit. Built in '52, we are a smaller unassuming nine unit building with large apartments. It does have electric baseboard heaters, not so energy efficient, but that's what space heaters were made for. You will need to arrange your own hydro and internet accounts but other than that you are ready to go.

We offer a minimum six months lease and are fully furnished which makes this an ideal landing pad for someone new to Vancouver and wanting to discover and explore the city, a student(s) from out of the province, a post break up space to regroup heal and decide what's next, or any other reason you can think of. Being a two bedroom unit also gives to option of a devoted home office/craft space/study room.
