Looking for tenants that are mature, respectful, quiet and clean. No loud music, smoking, vaping or drugs on or near the premises.

The house was raised and split into 3 units in the 1960s, so this suite is on the ground level, it is NOT a basement. The apartment has a beautiful old gas fireplace, wood floors throughout, large older kitchen (no dishwasher) with nice sized dining room. The living room has an area for your desk, and there is also a linen closet and a 4 piece bathroom(which is going to be getting a makeover this month). Bedroom can fit a king bed. I have always kept this as a pet friendly building- but I do have to limit that to one pet. No aggressive dogs, no noisy dogs. (There is currently one dog living on the top floor) If you have a pet, references will be needed and checked. Pet deposit will be required.
