Decent basement suite!

Decent one-bedroom suite, newish kitchen with Blomberg appliances, maybe 700 square feet, heritage house, fantastic quiet street, lovely yard that tenants are encouraged to use, utilities included. It's nearly at grade on one side, what pretentious landlords would call a garden suite. Three blocks to the Commercial and Broadway SkyTrain station. Best suits single person. Downsides, no in-suite laundry, no dishwasher, landlords sometimes ask tenants to feed their cats for the weekend, but of course that task comes with in-suite laundry...
