Looking for a flatmate to take over one bedroom and one bathroom in a 2b+2ba apartment. Ideal for people working in or visiting the VGH area, but it's close to the 99 and Canada line so you could get anywhere fast.

Rent is month to month, no annual contract, but longer term preferred. Internet and electricity is ~$60/mo/person extra. There is a move-in fee charged by the strata. 1 parking spot is available and included in the rent.

The flat has large south-facing windows overlooking a park, a small balcony, in suite laundry and dishwasher. Sounds from neighbours rarely come through the walls.

There is very little furniture in the living room so feel free to bring/buy some. No furniture in the bedroom, including lamps. The bedroom measures approximately 9ft by 14ft and includes 1 closet.

You'll be sharing the apartment with Pranav, who has sensory sensitivities especially to scents and sounds. Otherwise, Pranav keeps to their room and keeps the common area tidy.

The landlord would like 2 references and some background information (current living situation, employment status).

Queer peeps may get along better with the friend group that occasionally visits.
