I’m looking for a roommate for the beginning of February, 2025.

Spacious living room with hardwood flooring, one bathroom, located on the third floor with a balcony view of China Creek Park, which is located directly next to the building. The living space and kitchen are furnished.

The apartment is located only five minutes’ walk from the VCC Clark Skytrain Station and Emily Carr University, and ten minutes away from Kingsgate Mall. Nearby bus routes include the 9, 84, 99, and N9.

The building has an elevator, card-operated laundry facilities and a secure parking garage. Utilities include internet and hydro, to be split 50:50.

ABOUT ME

My pronouns are He/Him, I'm in my early thirties and I work full time at a pub. I have late work hours as a result, with chill mornings and afternoons. I enjoy quiet nights in, as well as board games, movies, books and performing onstage. I’m chill, friendly, quiet, communicative, responsible and respectful, and I expect the same of my future roommate :)
