A quiet one bedroom

We have a large, bright, and quiet one bedroom available for January 15th or February 1st. This is a quiet building! No parties, No smoking of any kind! No pets are allowed in this building, sorry!

The rent includes heat, hot water, internet and storage.
Parking cost extra but there is plenty of street parking with a permit.
We require one year lease, credit checks and landlord and work references (name & phone numbers, no letters).
