I have a basement suite.... that has lots of light
with your own entrance,
it has a large kitchen, bedroom, living room and bathroom
heat an light are provided...your close to down down with several bus stops close by
also there's a mall within walking distance
heat and light are included...
please be non smoking and no drugs as its a family home
cats are welcome too...
finally there is no washer or dryer...but there are several in the neighbourhood
