Hi, I'm looking for a new roommate to share my apartment with. Near Argyle and 38th. Private room, all included, 1person only, no smokers, no pets. I'm 33 years old working as a shipwright. There's a bed and some drawers in the room now, which you can all buy for $200. The rest of the house is equipped. Available to move in now or from February 1st.
