The building is a three story walk up, built in 1952, and just a block off Davie and Jervis. That means it’s a large space in a great location.
The unit comes modestly furnished and ready to start living in with a queen bed and nightstands, a full kitchen set up, a fold out couch, coffee table, TV w/ stand and cleaning equipment to keep it all sorted. You will only need to set up electricity and internet yourself. It’s a perfect landing pad for people just moving to the city or international students but also welcoming enough to make your home.
Within 3 blocks we have a number of grocery stores, restaurants, bars, the beach, and transit options. Recreation enthusiasts will be happy to know that access to the sea to sky highway is a short drive away; actually getting through the traffic is on you though. For the transit users; the #6 is just on the next block which give you quick access to the Canada and Millennial skytrain lines and all the Granville street busses. For the drivers, sadly at present all our parking spots are currently spoken for but when one becomes open it could be yours, till then it will be street parking for you.
