* Available: end of January - March / July (3-6 month sublet).

* New modern building, lift access, new appliances, washing machine and dryer in unit, heating/cooling. Can stay furnished. Also comes with communal rooftop spaces including BBQs and ‘hang out area’, gym and a ‘pet zone’ on a lower floor.
* Ideal location - cafes, bars and restaurants on your doorstep, 10 minute walk to Stanley Park, 5-10minute walk to English Bay, multiple bus stations within 2 minutes walk, 10 minute walk to Burrard Skytrain.
* $2650 per month including bills (price is negotiable).
