Situated close to UBC, Pacific Spirit Park, Jericho Park and Beach, it is ideal for an individual or a couple working or studying at UBC. All utilities, as well as WiFi are included in the rent, $2,300/month. The suite is available from mid-December, possibly a bit earlier or can begin Jan. 1, 2025. A lease and minimum of a 4-month stay required. Absolutely no smoking or vaping allowed on the premises. Sorry, no pets.
