These suites fall under the City of Vancouver's Moderate Income Rental Housing Pilot Program.
Applicants must meet one of the following:
- Canadian Citizenship;
- PR Holder;
- A refugee sponsored by the Government of Canada;
- An individual who has applied for refugee status;
Applicants must have also have resided in British Columbia for the past 12 months.
-The suite must be occupied by at least 3 individuals/occupants.
-Lastly, the gross household income must be below $114,960. 2023 Notices of Assessment and Letters of Employment will be required to be submitted with the application.
Only serious and approved inquiries will be moving on to the formal application stage. Applications will be subject to credit and reference checks. Applications will also be subject to the discretion of the Property Manager.
