Quiet, Cozy 1-bedroom

Our building is very cozy, consisting of only 8 recently refreshed and updated suites.  The majority of our tenants are UBC grad students, alumni & faculty due to easy access to the university and main commuter /transit lines..  

There are 2 1-bedroom suites available......
One Garden Level and one on the 3rd floor.
