~5 min / 300 meter walk to the amazing Duffins Donuts at the Knight & 41st street intersection, which is also a super convenient location for taking the R4, 41, and 22 buses if you use public transit.

7 minute / 500m walk to Kensington Community centre which has a swimming pool, park, and skatepark. There are also three other parks less than a kilometer away from the rental unit.

10 minute / 700m walk to Victoria drive with its many restaurants and shops!
