Trinity Street - Spacious Garden Suite with Private Yard

We are renting our our full-height ground floor unit in our lovely Vancouver Special on Trinity Street in East Vancouver. The unit has very spacious bedrooms, a full bathroom and a washer/dryer in the unit. It also has an attached 600 sqft private yard. We have installed new floors and rebuilt the kitchen completely. The unit is steps away from Burrardview Park and the Portside Greenway, and a quick walk up to Hastings Street for shopping.

The unit is currently accessible through the garage but it will have a keyed access through the yard as well (by December 15th). We are also installing new windows throughout the suite again by the 15th. The unit also has a full kitchen. We are a family of four upstairs with two elementary-aged kids so it can occasionally get noisy before school starts and at dinner time.

The house has central heating, AC, new roofing insulation and ventilation, will have new windows shortly and all utilities are included in the rent (including internet).
