We are located in the heart of Gastown. Our building has been renovated but has retained many heritage features such as: Fir hardwood flooring in all suites. A portion of the units have exposed brick walls. Electrical, plumbing, heating and fire suppression systems are new. Some suites have their own private washroom and some share common washrooms. Common washrooms are all single person use and are professionally cleaned daily. All suites have a kitchenette, featuring a fridge, dedicated electrical circuit, a stone counter with wood cabinets. Dedicated high speed internet is provided in all suites, wireless modem included. Bike storage is free. Please reply to this email for more details and ask for our website. We currently have one suite available for December 15th, 2024 or January 1st 2025. $1112.63/month. The suite does not have a private washroom but has access to 7 common, single person washrooms, photos attached. All utilities and internet are included. Suites are for one occupant only.
