This unit is available exclusively from now until February 28, 2025 (four months maximum). Please read this carefully before asking questions.

Fully furnished, pet-friendly and family-friendly condo in Yaletown with excellent walkability score, only blocks away from the Skytrain, restaurants, shops, Mobi bikes, parks, dog areas and more. The unit has in-suite laundry, a massive balcony with outdoors furniture (including two hammocks!) and access to the building's rooftop patio and BBQ. The condo is ready to move in, it's fully furnished and the kitchen is fully equipped. We also accept two pets and don't have a size restriction! We know how hard it is to find pet-friendly places to live, especially when you're about to move to Vancouver!

The lease will be for 4 months maximum. I use the official BC Residential Tenancy Branch lease agreement template (if you don't know what that is, please google BC Residential Tenancy Branch and read about your rights and responsibilities as a tenant in British Columbia and also protect yourself from scams).

Non-negotiable terms:

  • No smoking or vaping anywhere in the unit (including balconies) or the building property (indoors or outdoors)
  • Tenants have to pay the strata for move-in and move-out fee at the beginning of the lease ($50 for move in and $50 for move out if you only have suitcases; if you are moving furniture, it is $200 each).
  • Unit will be professionally cleaned before tenants move in, and tenants must arrange and pay for professional cleaning at the end of their tenancy.
  • Tenants must adhere to the strata's bylaws and regulations. Fines during the tenancy must be paid by tenants.

Rent includes:

  • Access to some* of the building amenities: 2 patios including the rooftop patio, exercise room.
    *Bike storage requires additional payment.
  • Water, electricity, heating and internet are included.
  • Furnishing:
    • Living room: couch/sofa (double) bed, 50’' TV and TV stand, rack
    • Dining room: dining table/island with 4 chairs and two stools
    • Kitchen: Dishes, bowls, cups, glasses, mugs, cutlery, pans, pots, air-fryer, espresso machine, coffee grinder, milk frother, toaster, kettle, set of knives, varied cooking utensils, garbage and compost bins, dishwasher, stove with large oven, microwave and fridge with bottom freezer.
    • Main bedroom: queen size bed with 4 large drawers, large closet
    • Second bedroom: double size bed with a nightstand, medium closet
    • Two washrooms: deep bathtub with shower curtain, storage cabinets under sink
    • Laundry: washer and dryer, laundry baskets, drying rack
    • Entrance: shoe rack with coat hangers
    • Main balcony: 2 hammock stands and hammocks, 2 two-person outdoors furniture, fire table

Add-ons:

  • Bike storage: $20/month (payable directly to strata)
  • Parking stall (we can assist in renting one in the building at market price)
