The Apartment:
The unit is 1bed and 1bath, on the north side of the building on the 11th floor. It's bright and clean and includes a nice balcony. Amazing view. This Apartment was renovated a couple years ago.

There is a new building coming up behind the building. It can be noisy on weekdays and sometimes on the weekend, but they always follow the district bylaws for noise construction.


What's included:
Heat, hot water, and window coverings are included in the rent.
Due to the construction, our parking lot and bike room are temporarily closed. However, you're allowed to place the bike on your balcony.

We're renting this Apartment for $2350. Minimum of 1-year lease.

Our building is in the heart of West End, just a short block from Sunset Beach, less than 100m from Davie St. The 023 Main Street Powell bus stop is five minutes away and the 006 Davie Street transit stop bus is three minutes away. Both take you to the Expo and Canada Line in less than 15 min.

Restrictions!
Lantern Properties provides all of its residents with a pet-free and smoke-free environment. Which means: we will not accept any kind of pets or any type of smoking is not allowed in the apartment.
BBQ is not allowed on the balcony.
