About the house:
This suite is in character home built in 1912. Owner (me!) lives in upstairs suite with my 2 little kids and dog. I have owned and been renting suites in this home for +10 years and I do my best to make the house a great place to live for everyone. No renovictions or plans to sell. Looking for long term tenants who will add to the good vibe of the house. 4 suites total in the house (3 in the house and 1 laneway suite)

Ideal tenants will be friendly, willing to contribute to small 'community' tasks of the shared spaces (e.g. emptying the garbage in the shared laundry room), and have a love for gardening because we have lots of planting space.
*All tenants of the house are women and this is a very women friendly house :):)
